The privately owned Manu Biostation is located on the Manu river, east of the village of Boca Manu. It has a big platform
for tent camping, a screened dining hut, great bathrooms & showers, and a pet Collared Peccory and a tame Plumbeous Kite.

All along the river we saw birds (over 100 species), Monkeys (5 species)Caimans (2 species) and the occasional village.
