Our camping tour to Manu Biosphere and the Manu BioStation was organized by Peruvian Field Guides. We highly recommend them for their knowledge of the birds and mammals, the outstanding food (thank you Juan the cook), friendly guides (thank you Juan and Andreas) and the real value they provide ($400 per person for a 7 day trip)

In Cusco, we highly recommend the Orquidea Real Hostal. It is a small hotel in a restored old colonial house located in the historical heart of Cusco. Features original Inca walls , exceptional views of Cusco and working fireplaces in each room. (All rooms have bathrooms , telephones, working fireplaces, cable television and private security boxes . Great little breakfast room where they serve you cafe con leche, fresh baked bread and hard boiled eggs!
